Ok I purchased a used Michigan Wheel Apollo prop for my 1997 130 Yamaha.
It came with the tapered thrust washer, rubber bushing, splined bushing, and washer for behind the castle nut.
So I go and put it on. The thrust washer, then the prop, then the outside washer, then my old Castle nut.
But I only see 3/4's of my cotter pin hole, when thightened right up.
What am I missing?
The prop came from salt water, so the slip hub and splined hud are welded into the prop, but don't show any signs of gaps, in the hub or thrust washer.
I just need an 1/8th of an inch
