I've begun work on cutting new plywood for seats, got the bottoms of the front and back cut last night and tonight, then made the bracing for the front seats, drug out the 1/4 inch ply for the seat backs disassy the best of my 2 front seats, and cut a new piece to match, tried bending it alittle, and snap broke it right in half. the front seat are 180 degree radius in about 22 inches or so, anyone have any ideas how i might do this, the material has to be stapleable, the original appears to be nothing more than 1/4" plywood??
I will have to do similar with the rear seats, there only a 1/4 radius though shouldnt be as bad.
I've attached pictures of the seat bottoms to help see what i have.
second pictures my workshop, reality, we have weather coming in for the 4th week in a row, so everything in the picture will have to be cleaned up by tomorrow night or it will get wet, expect snow AGAIN ARRRRRRRRRRGG
It was near 75 today, same as 2 sundays ago, then 2 days during the week hi 35, and snow, this is getting so old, only getting a couple nights a week to work on this darn boat, and want to be at the lake in 4 weeks
Ordered my pour in foam for under the floor, USComposite great prices, also ordered the fiberglass mat for the top of the floor, and another gallon of resin $37.00 gal for resin even beats lowes or homes deport, and its the real thing not some elmers garbage
Thanks Ahead of time for any assitance in this matter
