I've begun work on cutting new plywood for seats, got the bottoms of the front and back cut last night and tonight, then made the bracing for the front seats, drug out the 1/4 inch ply for the seat backs disassy the best of my 2 front seats, and cut a new piece to match, tried bending it alittle, and snap broke it right in half. the front seat are 180 degree radius in about 22 inches or so, anyone have any ideas how i might do this, the material has to be stapleable, the original appears to be nothing more than 1/4" plywood??

I will have to do similar with the rear seats, there only a 1/4 radius though shouldnt be as bad.

I've attached pictures of the seat bottoms to help see what i have.
second pictures my workshop, reality, we have weather coming in for the 4th week in a row, so everything in the picture will have to be cleaned up by tomorrow night or it will get wet, expect snow AGAIN ARRRRRRRRRRGG
It was near 75 today, same as 2 sundays ago, then 2 days during the week hi 35, and snow, this is getting so old, only getting a couple nights a week to work on this darn boat, and want to be at the lake in 4 weeks
Ordered my pour in foam for under the floor, USComposite great prices, also ordered the fiberglass mat for the top of the floor, and another gallon of resin $37.00 gal for resin even beats lowes or homes deport, and its the real thing not some elmers garbage

Thanks Ahead of time for any assitance in this matter

Re: assistance with round seat backs

Well i got my front seat backs done, pictures to follow, ended up cutting the pieces after i cut the first one, bent it alittle to see how stiff it was and it snapped in half in my hand, so the next set i cut i cut both at once put them together floated them in my misquito breeding pond for 3 hours while i worked on grinding some of the rough edges on my floor down for a final coat of mat front to rear.
After 3 hours soaking in the pond, they seemed alittle more flexible, so i found a plastic 55 gallon garbage can i had cut in half for debrie some time back, and stuck it on the end of an old cottonwood log i had out front as a bench, fit like a glove, the plastic along wouldn't allow for clamping it flexed.
I strapped the backs in place and left them for 24 hours to form, and dry, since the following day was like 70 outside it worked out great, last night i stapled the bottoms together, glued and stapled the backs on the bottoms, now once fully dry i am going to sand lightly, then fiberglass all lower edges with mat to reinforce.
The foam will be plastic covered as it was originally, saving the original seat backs from major damage the only damaged areas where at the bottom from water soaking up, so by covering with fiberglass and clothe they should last a good long time.
Currently am working on sanding the exterior, till my mat, resin, and expanding foam i ordered from USComposites arrives so i can complete the floor, then concentrate totally on the exterior painting.

4th is coming quick, Hope i can at least get close to floating it by then, redoing the floor left me alittle behind that date it would appear though

Happy Boating, updates to follow
