97 Yamaha v4 130 saltwater series. Can run up to 3500 rpm's all day long, go to wot and only audible warning buzzer sounds off.Let it idle for app.1 min. and alarm goes silent. The tach has a warning indicator for overheat and that does not come on. The trim is working/reading properly. Tested and replaced both thermo assy. switches and thermostats due to one being bad on each. Impellar was changed for normal service, heads were cleaned for coolant flow, carbs were cleaned/rebuilt, all timing and pick-up were set to specs, pilot screws were set to 7/8 +1/4,oil linkage to pump is set, gas lines at the carbs. were replaced, sending unit in the oil tank at the engine was pulled, cleaned, and verified with ohm meter for continuity at the specified levels. Both engine and remote tank are full of oil, there is no problem with proper pumping from remote to engine tank. Heads are warm to touch which is normal from years past. When this buzzer goes off I shut down power and popped cowl off, oil tank was full at 3mm above line mark on tank. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
