HI, I am unsre if this against the rules and have no intention of breaking any I have read. I would like to start an Aussie Chrysler Club within iBoats forums, through adding friends in Australia who have Chryslers or Force outboards. This may help all of us locally to private message each other if we need parts. If anyone is interested in sharing a common interest in the Chrysler or Force within Australia please add me as a friend.
Also not wanting to discourage friendship from people from other countries, this is more about being able to ring a friend in Australia who we have befriended via iBoats and ask a question or hunt down a part or just chat. So Add me if your keen.

Mick: I have mentioned this before. There is a Chrysler group called The Chrysler Crew and although they are in the U.S. I don't see where they would not want more members. the only problem I see is that they are much smaller than iboats so getting other down-unders to know about it may be problematical.

You should at least check out the site because they have a large photo gallery, a buy and sell forum, and really good Chrysler marine history section.

Just be certain to google The Chrysler Crew otherwise you will get all automotive sites.

Re: Aussie Chrysler Club via iBoat Friendship

G'day Mick, 12 months ago l probably would have stuck up my hand as between my sons and l we had : one 10hp, two 45 hps, one 90 hp, one 105 hp and one 120 hp....all at the same time, plus a few less desirable brands...like Johnson, Mercury, Suzuki etc,

we still own all but the 45's as they went to the tip when we shifted from Vic to Tassie 5 months ago....the others are still in the backyard...with their boats....over in Vic while we decide if we will keep them or not.....decisions, decisions lol

not many Chryslers around here and our focus has turned to deep sea fishing rather than fresh water lake ski-ing etc,
well, l haven't seen any turn up at the boat ramp 150 metres away anyway
