I have a 1999 50hp 4-stroke (Model#50ELPT4S) (Serial#0G773202) Motor runs great but starts hard when cold. Is there a test procedure to test the Auto Start Assembly (Electro Thermal Plunger) part#825106T Also is there a way to test the Solenoid Coil part#97685T I would greatly appreciate anyone's help.
