i just want to know if i can use dizzy cap dizzy rotor and spark plug wires all from like autozone??

Napa and Carquest both have marine catalogs. Discount auto mart may also but the counter people may not know it

The plug wires themselves are not a marine spec, but when you get a marine kit, the wires are longer and some distributors use different ends. In any case, Napa does carry marine plug wires as well.. You could buy a universal set and make it up yourself but the cost is about the same.

sounds good cuz this place i go to wants 70 for a set and at the auto place i can get it for 35..... i will just go to napa and just get a tune-up kit with wires

That's typical for marine parts. You can also get auto oil filters and use auto motor oil in I/O and 4 stroke outboard motors.

But you don't want to use auto alternators, fuel pumps or starters (if one would fit) due to boat bilges often having fuel vapors.

There shouldnt be any reason why they could not. The only difference, as I understand it, is that marine alternators have shielding so that no sparks are created that could ignite fuel vapors. They operate the same as auto alternators.

I am asking cuz last time I took my one wire alt to get it tested they said they cant test it cuz its one wire alt

Yes they can, and they could test a 1 wire if the person behind the counter knew how to hook it up.
