Azure went above & beyond!!!

Last week I posted how Azure is replacing the hulls in 188 models. Anyway the 1st boat (not mine) just got back from being re-hulled. The guy was in shock!!! Not only did Azure replace his hull they upgraded his boat to an upscale elite package with an extended swim platform at no charge!!!

Way to go Azure(bennington)! That is really looking after the customer. Mine goes in for re-hulling next week!

That's a great looking boat.

Nice to hear stories were manufacturers care for the customer's needs. In return, they'll get great word of mouth advertising, potential new customers, and definitely return customers.

Well...a follow up. One Azure is going back again because they messed up the re-hull job. Mine has been at the factory for 5 months & they have not started it yet.
I traded it for a lowe deck boat.
