Bad hose on trim

One of the hoses on my power trim is leaking real bad.Oil everwere!! (Right were it goes into the piston)Motor won't stay up. It's a 70hp 1976 3cylinder merc. on a 76 17' boston whaler.I'm going to replace all the hoses. Do I have to remove the motor to to hook up the hoses to the pistons or am I missing an easier way? Also , I was told I could buy new hydralic hoses at NAPA.Would they work?

No leave the motor on the boat, in most cases you have to remove the cyl. and yes NAPA sells the right hoses
