Bass Buggy HIN

My state has started a new requirement for registration this year, either a printed pic or pencil rubbing off the HIN. Well, I've let the registration expire and now I can't find the HIN on the boat. Anybody have any idea of where to look? I've looked all over the rear, sides and front of the pontoons and deck frame, nothing. No numbers or anywhere that a tag has been.

Found it! It's on top of the engine pod brace, under where the previous owner put the battery. Luckily the battery hasn't rubbed the numbers off.

I think the common place was on the back of the starboard (right) pontoon. It could be a plate or engraved in the log or anything attached to the log. If you see a place where broken welds or rivets indicate something was removed, that could be where it once was. ... I also found a second HIN on the front facing side on the engine pod. It was not easy to find and appeared to be a repeat of the HIN in case the usual one was missing.
