I have a 1987 Bayaliner Capri I bought a 1990 Force 90hp. but I dont know how to wire the bayliner wire harness to the force motor

Your boat came with a Force motor, so the hookup shouldn't be too much of a problem. The original motor used a terminal strip under the cowl to connect the boat wiring harness. Does your '90 use this setup?

I agree a 87 bayliner would have come with a force motor all the colors of the wires should be the same.
