Bearing noise maybe?

I have just noticed a noise coming from the large wheel at the front of the engine which I believe is for the camshaft? Its not any of the other drive belt wheels but just seems to be this one only
My mate reckons it may be a dry bearing, how can I investigate or get some lube in there.

Ayuh,... More likely the Crankshaft.. If so, it's probably the belt Slipping on it's pulley...
That's the pulley that Powers All the others...

belts look ok, no slip visible, is there a bearing behind this wheel if i take it off?

bearings are under the main crankshaft caps in the block, not serviceable unless you tear the engine down. I would recommend having a competent mechanic look the problem over for you

And,...
If it's Slippin',.. You sure as 'ell Ain't gonna SEE it...

As noted, your Problem is elsewhere... There's No servicable bearing there...
