Belgium 4 hp prop assembly part ?

I picked up a Belgium made E-rude 4 mod# BE4BRCOB it did not come with a prop, the shaft has a hole forward for the shear pin but no hole aft for a cotter pin to keep prop on the shaft, it looks like there is a groove for some sort of retainer clip to hold prop in place? please help with info / diagram etc. where I might purchase these items.

That is an 1985 model and I am pretty sure the prop / lower unit is identical to all the other ones regardless of designation

Take a look at Shopevinrude.com under parts and there are diagrams there.
