bellow installation help

I removed them all, R&R's the gimble bearing, and I am installing the new u-joint bellow. I got one end on, but the other end refuses to go on. the boot is like a huge spring and once I get it started and move to the next place it pulls off.

Any ideas thagt would help installing this bellow?

Ayuh,... A guy named Don told me to spray it with Merc. Power-tune...
It's Slicker'n Snot for a few seconds, then it's gone....

Neat stuff,...
I tried it, 'n it Worked, Great...
Still got the can of Power-tune around here somewhere...

well I finally won, I had the wife bring out her hair dryer to warm them a little then they slide right on.
