I need to replace all my bellows on my pre-alpha outdrive. I did this 6-8 years ago and remembered what a pain in the rear it was putting the bellows on. Sooo, for this time I bought a bellows expander tool. I got it yesterday but it came with no directions on how to use it, went on You-Tube and could not find anything. Can anyone point me to a video or at least directions on how to use this thing?
