I have owned about 7 I/O powered boats over the years.
Not bad if you take care of them and love the quite ride but love my outboard.
I like standing behind the boat to work on it instead bending like a pretzel to get into the bilge...:rolleyes:

With minor correction to Paul, that's "Bill Engvall's" bit, not Foxworthy.

To the original poster, if the boat has never had bellows, replace them. If it last had bellows 5-6 years ago, you might consider replacing them again.

Or let me know how you kept it from sinking all these years. Must have been built on a Friday at 4:30 in the afternoon if they forgot to install the bellows...:D

Was going to replace my 10 year old stuff this year, just for the fun of it all. The new mercruiser bellows I picked up says "made in china" Is this the reason I'll be changing it out in 4 to 5 years? Who made their product 10 years ago?
