This a great site for a wealth of knowledge, many categories, but none for Jet Drives. Anyone here have jet drives and a forum I may go to?

Depends on what Jet drive, what engine, etc. There are jets on outboards and IO's.

78 Glastron CV-23, 460 FORD, Berkeley drive. I have spent quite sometime reconditioning the motor. I hope to learn about this jet drive by spring.

Thanks Gbeltran, that's what I needed, great site. I have been boating since I was 10-11, and remember the sleek Glastrons and Sidewinders. I have/had a couple of bowriders, little fishing boat, anything water ya know. I think I have this 460 ready for about 500 hp but I've gotta check out the Jet Drive first! Thanks again...

I think you are going to have some sticker shock when you start looking at the fuel milage. Those 460's LOVE drinking gasoline................ Especially with a Jet, then you made it more HP....... WOW, you're gonna be surprised.

Oh I am Sure! 50 gallon tank too. It's more of a nostalgia thing. I have always liked this boat the best because it looks like a Speed Boat, yet it has a cuddy cabin (for when the sun goes down). They made them starting '79-80 with a 350/260 mercruiser sterndrive but I want to make that rooster tail!
