ONe of the best guitarists I know of was Neil Young...but ol' Jimmy H played a mean electric one. I LOVED his rendition of the Star Spangled Banner!!! Of course, that was a few years ago...teh best??? I always loved BTO for some hard drivin'...

I really liked Diana Ross & the Supremes:) No, I really did...So many greats, and there ain't no way to make one the greatest!!! Man, those were the days, driving around in my 1968 GTO with BTO hammering, or the Jackson 5 even...and I LVOED Santana...I could just keep on going here...

Led Zepplin, CCR, and The Who were amoung my favorite of the overplayed rock.<br />Obscure bands like "Uriah Heap", "Robyn Trower", "Seatrain", "Commander cody and the 52's", "WAR" , "Spirit" ,"Isaac Hayes' Hot Buttered Soul" got played on my pittiful picnic spinner until the medium wore-out.

And how about The Mamas and the Papas:) <br /><br /><br />They way overplay ...."All the leaves are Brown"... in Washington State. Thats what I think of everytime. commuting from Yakima to Seattle every week for 9 months.<br /><br />In Seattle, all the leaves were WET!

I used to commute from Port Orchard to Renton (Boeing) every day, for 3.5 years!!!!! Douglas Fir ain't got noleaves...but int eh snow they are beautiful...when I first moved here, I thought, "Everyone has Christmas trees in their yards!!!"
