best way to fix these scratches and chips?

The boat is a 86 searay 268 weekender.The hull isn't cracked just some scratches and deep gouges.bought the boat this way so i would like to repair before putting it in the water

The ones where the fiberglass is showing I would work on first.

Make sure they are absolutely dry. I would use Marine Tex and that will fill those voids. You can also get some gel coat repair for the other spots. Is that blue color the gelcoat or is it paint? Gelcoat you can match and if it's paint it will have to be touced up.

If you're going to keep her in the water, I would say go ahead and give it a fresh coat of bottom paint.​
