IF you didn't have a drain plug on your intake, it won't be the intake.

I tend to agree with Don, that seems to be where a dipstick tube would normally go . Anything spewing out from there would mean your mixing oil and water from most likely a crack.You could try hooking up a hose to the water inlet on the therm housing,capping off the outlet to the exaust manifold , removing the spark plugs, and turn the water on and see where is comes out from.Dipstick would be a cracked block, sparkplug holes might be cracked manifold or head.

Thanks alot for chatting with me today Since the oil breathers on the port sided where full of oil and venting into the carb I bet a few of the cylinders are wet other wise I might be able to see if the head gasket was the cause. Shore is bad news though. With so much fluid in the oil pan I wonder how the engine stayed running.

Simple, it kept running because there was no water in the cylinders or intake. Which unfortunately points to your problem NOT being a head gasket.
