Oh man are you kidding! Been watching the show for a couple years, I saw him on Dirty Jobs before he even had his own show, it was the episode Mike Row teamed up with Vex Con for a cockroach and termite infestation, his show took off shortly after.

Yea I like it.

You know if you have fun at your job ( like he seems to ) it don't matter what you do.

He does things i wouldn't do. He talks well and keeps things interesting.

Dude.....DUDE....Dude.....

Is it just me or does the script writer for that show have a learning impairment?
I agree Billy does things that I wouldn't do, and he speaks well enough when it's just him sitting there talking to the camera, it just seems that in action between him and his brother ( Rick??? ) entire sentences are "Dude"
I like the approach that he doesn't kill what he doesn't have to and seems to use non-hazardous ( to humans ) chemicals.

I like the show, he dresses funny, but never fair to judge a book by it's cover, I dont care what the guy dresses like, he knows his stuff exterminating bugs, and has a no kill theory I really like that.

Although, using the phrase "Imagine a vicious pit bull grabbing onto your leg, thats what it's like with these alligators" Just another ignorant pit bull comment. Especially for someone thats supposed to be animal knowledgeable.

All I got to say he reminds me of Dale Gribble of the show King of the Hill.

Re: Billy the exterminator

The show is amusing, but I have mixed feelings about the 'relocating' of problem animals. Dumping problem animals in rural areas often causes headaches for rural residents (farmers, etc.). These animals are now trap shy and will most likely be given a 'lead pill' anyway. Also what about the animals already living in the area? Is there room for a 'new guy' or is the land already at it's carrying capacity? Is there enough food and territory to go around? While it may make people feel all warm and fuzzy by letting them go, it may not be the best solution.

Now don't get me wrong, I'm not an animal hater. Far from it. I love to see naturally sustainable animal populations in the wild with enough land protected as habitat. But urban pests and nuicance animals are not endangered species. How much gas does he burn making all those trips out to 'relocate' animals?

I did see one episode yesterday where he collected a hive of bees from a house and brought them to a beekeeper to help boost the bee population. Now that was a good idea!
