blowing oil sensor out of reservoir on engine

i have an 87 yamaha 115 v4 precision blend that blows the sensor up out of the reservoir every time i run the engine. what could be causing this to happen. can i unplug this and simply add oil to my fuel in the fuel tank? I need to have this fixed by saturday so any help would be greatly appreciated.

check the oil tank vent if its plugged trapped air in the tank will compress as the tank refills and push out the swtch assy,
could also be the switch SW1, is failing to turn the pump off.
do a forum search on precision blend troubleshooting.
its been posted by myself and seahorse several times.
