’ve got a Sea Ray 2007 Sundeck 240 w 350 mag mpi engine/bravo3 outdrive. ECM module is 0501, engine SN is OW665845 with a 14 pin harness. I had the 20 amp fuse blow between pins H and G. This happened right after I launched off the trailer, so the engine was really even warmed up.

With the fuse blown it wouldn’t crank. When I replaced the fuse it started right back up and it’s run fine now for about an hour.
Using the ECM diagnostic manual, I was able to determine there is a red purple wire that comes off the fifty amp circuit breaker and goes to pin H on the fuse holder. Pin G is on the other side of the fuse, and the pink purple wire coming off there goes to pin A on the CAN connector and pin A on the 14 pin harness. I don’t have a set of wiring diagrams so I can’t go much further.

The circuit does not seem to route through the main power relay or fuel pump relay.

Right now I’m just looking for ideas on things to check should it happen again. I ran a scan and no faults were revealed.

Thanks
