I just tied up my cover for the winter. I ended up tying each string to the hull u bolt on the opposite side. Then I was thinking, as I'm not the best knot-tier, and this rope is more plastic than rope, does anyone make some kind of contraption that would firmly hold to strings? Something I could grip the string with, and then hook that object itself to the U bolts. Quick and easy.

Don't suppose a pack of bungee cords would help?...the elasticity would help your cover stay tight..;)

I have something like what is pictured but it has a 2:1 mechanical advantage built in.
