I am replacing the rotted deck from my boat and I was wondering if i should fiberglass/resin the bottom side of the plywood. My concern is that the resin is very flammable and it will be installed near the gas tank even though the plywood will be installed after it's dried, but should I be concerned?.

Thanks

No need to worry, hundreds of thousands of boats have been built that way.

What boat?

Cured resin is no more flammable than the wood itself. While it is still liquid it's a but dangerous but only until it cures. As was said above, there are a lot of boats out there built the same way.
