boat leans to the left at full speed

i have a 17ft lowe fish and ski with a 70hp evinrude i have noticed when at full speed on plane the boat leans to the left and the steering wants to pull out of my hands is this a common problem and what can i do to fix it

Above the prop on the very back of the cavitation plate is a small fin that sticks down, you want to move that to the right alittle bit.

It might take a few tries but eventually you will find a spot where the boat steers straight.
