Boat Rated At What Hp?plz Help

Hi guys,
my 1991 wellcraft cc has a 115 outboard right now. does anyone know whats top rated hp this hull can handle. the tag on boat i cant read that stats max hp. can it handle 200. i have seen some for sale with 200 on it? thanks for help

Look up the boat on NADAguides.com and that may show the max hp for your year and hull.

True question is since it is a 1991 what shape is the transom and stringers in now this many years later?

hi,
transom and stringers replaced already. just thinking about a little more hp. i looked on nada sites. it told everything but hp.

Ayuh,...

I gotta believe Wellcraft made More than 1 Length of boat in 91....

The Length of the hull has a direct bearing on the amount of Power it'll carry....
