For a Quick test try putting the drive in a gear while on the trailer, Then try to spin the prop, It should lock up compleatly one way and will skip and click the other way while turning. If the drive turns over with a little pressure then watch the prop, if the prop spins and the shaft does not then it is the hub in the prop, If the shaft spins and the prop spins at the same time then it is the engine coupler that is bad. Good luck I hope this test will help you out a little.
