Funny thing, I actually fixed this one last year because another Jeep hit the rear.
Nope, I think last time was their own jeep on the back fishtailed. Not sure though.
Was the wife involved in that one also![]()
That's actually a really old cusion that was made for a boat, but the customer didn't want it. I think there used to be 2, around way longer than me. Snap On is really skimpy on the padding.Tell your boss to get you a new cushion for your work stool.
No, that's my bit. Sorry, I meant how did they get that screw in when just the bit doesn't even fit.You find it down there?
I'm pretty sure they don't get shorter, otherwise they wouldn't be sticking out of a holder or screwdriver very much.Bits come in different sizes ya know.
Not sure what you mean. Was it a keyhole slot?
Ah, then no. It's like a flange head screw, where the screw head is big and serves as the washer too.Think old school keyhole in a door. Scrrw is mostly set, the slot has a large hole at bottom where screw head slips in then the tray slideds down and the screw slot becomes skinny
Anyway, the screw head was against the metal above it while the self tapping part was still in the glass. It doesn't matter how short the bit is if the screw is already too long.
