You mentioned that you built your own thru hull exhaust. Where did you get the actuators from? Pressure or vacuum?
I Never said Switchable........<br /><br />Mine are 4 1/2" SSteel, right off the ends of the Merc. Risers, Straight out the Transom....... They then turn 7* to the outside lower corners,+ Down 45*...... It puts them about a foot above the TrimTabs...... UnderWater at Trolling Speeds + in the Harbor....... Dead Silent.. I can hear the Belts Squeaking on the pullies...... At Planing Speeds they rise out of the water,+ Rumble Pretty Sweetly......<br />So, I Guess Mine ARE Switchable.... All Automatic... Let the Water do it.....<br /><br />The boat I'm building now will have the Drop built inside the boat, Rather than Outside the Transom.... Space,+ Other Hardware forced me to go outside on the Starcraft......
