brand new 350 mag mpi getting hot at idle

Took her out for shake down run this morning. just the wife and i. Everything went as planned. temp ran right at 165 the whole time. I love having that VesselView on my phone, It was a great investment and easy to hook up. New prop i think we guessed right on. Its a little low geared and WOT is a bit above recommended limit. But i never run my engines topped out anyway. i love the low-end power. It will be very easy to control in big seas with great throttle response.
We plan to take it out Tuesday to try for some salmon and halibut.

Excellent result. Big fan of the vessel view mobile. Tells the truth about what’s actually going on and amazing for lots of things. Best of all is getting the prop right
