Thanks for the reply. I actually figured out that there was a bracket installed for shipping that needed to be removed.
I'm having a new problem though.
I've followed the owners manual for start-up. The motor is in neutral, the kill switch is connected (It's snapped into the red button popping said button out.) I connected the fuel line with the arrow on the bulb toward the motor and pumped the bulb until hard.
I pulled the starter rope gentle until there was resistance and then gave a strong pull but nothing. Unfortunately, I struggled with a bunch, so at this point I'm sure it's flooded and I just need to wait a few days to let the gas evaporate -- just at a loss as to what I'm doing wrong.
I tried it a few times with the cowling off. LED 2, 3, 4 light up red after (or maybe during the pull) and quickly turn off. LED 1 does nothing but I'm assuming that's normal because there is no battery.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
