Bravo 1 - Input Shaft / U-Joint Rust

When I pulled my outdrive for the winter, the drive shaft and u-joint have rust on them from exposure I'm assuming through a leaking bellows or seal. In any case, I'm replacing all the bellows/seals as we speak, since the shaft and u-joint are in great shape (besides the surface rust), is there something that can be sprayed or something used to eliminate that rust quickly and protect it before I reinstall the drive? Corrosion X maybe?

Ayuh,... I've never used that stuff, but I Know Fluid Film works, Great...

'n,... use Grease on the spline end...

I usually just butter everything up with film of marine grease so it tends not to rust. . . u-joints, shafts, etc. . . .
