Bravo 3 hinge pin torque?

What's the current thoughts on hinge pin torque and loctite type (red vs. blue) for Bravo 3? I saw an old service manual that says ~145 ft lbs+red which seems pretty high to me.

Those are the numbers in the book, Manual #39 - 145 ft lbs and red Loctite.

For manuals 11 (start to 2001) and 28 (2001 to 2006) it's 150 ftlb and red locktite. More then likely Merc learned that 145 is plenty enough
