Bravo II drive

Hello;
Just a quick question. Bravo II drive ser.# OK097356.Took the plate off at the shift detent lever. Is the lower chamber filled with drive oil or just the top one ?

Just the top one has drive oil, the bottom just has 2-4-c grease on the shift linkage parts
