An unknown boat hit the tiller handel on my 1993 T 9.9 ELHR kicker motor ,it cracked the steering bracket that attaches the tiller handel to the motor. I ordered the new steering bracket ,but can't see how its bolted to the engine ?. Do you have to remove the powerhead to get to the bolts? The two manuals I have show are of no help and neither one shows any instructions, Thank you.
