The only victim of our wild ride to PIB was the top cabin door. Hard to describe but it's hard plastic, on a piano hinge, and opens towards the bow. There is a bottom hinged part that closes first and them the top part covers the door. Where am I going to find something like that? It'll look like crap epoxyed together.

I'll bet a replacement door from the boat manufacturer will be expensive, but you could check with them. May have to fabricate one from plywood and fiberglass, but it probaly won't look all that pretty! Good Luck!

Check your Yellow Pages for Plexiglas fabricators. If no luck there, try googling, it is a common set up but specific to the model boat.

There are places down here that you can have one made, (Florida) or you could make it yourself using a heat lamp strip to soften the Plexiglas. There are web sites that will explain the process, and buy the Plexiglas. It's not hard but may be too expensive for the return.

Be sure to keep the old one so the fabricator can use it as a template. You should be able to find a plastics fabricator to make you one. They would be the same guys that make center console windshields, built in tackle boxes, cleaning stations, ect.
