no, It's confirmed it was a two piece hull.
There was a seam that was joined with screws similar to the way the top cap is secured to the hull on other boats. This seam did correspond to the floor in which the screws penetrated both "halves" of the hull and into a cleat making a place for the deck to sit in the outer edges. This was all secured with Flathead screws which again corresponds to the age of this boat. The screws were very much common to the other screws used around on the boat. They were then filled with a sort of epoxy as well as the left over seam. This was only filled on the outside and not the inside. Surprised this thing didn't sink...then again maybe it did.
