I have a '95 Skeeter 200SL riding on a '95 Skeeter Trailer Made by EZ Loader. The other day at the river I noticed after I launched my boat that some of the bunks were loose. I didn't have the necessary tools to tighten them then or I would have, but I will have them tomorrow when I launch.

What is the proper position for the bunks to make sure the boat sits correctly on them?

I can't tighten them with the boat on right now since they are loose, and one is almost at a 40 degree angle.

Re: Bunk Adjustment Needed.

what i do is use a 8 ft 2x4 wedge between the boat and trailer, and place the end under the bunk, then have some one put pressure on it, while i tighten the bolts. on the heavy boats i use a floor jack under the bunk supports, while i tighten. the boat has to be on the trailer to get the final adjustments.
