Hopefully they rebuild, bigger, better, stronger, better logistically, easier to clean, easier to keep the USDA inspector happy, new check weighers, new metal detectors, new cartoners, new case packers, new palletizers !!! Ok, maybe thats my shopping list for our plant, sorry.

Hey, this might turn out ok. But its gonna be a long tough year for sure.

Now it is really for the best.
Got called tonight and woken up to be told not to go into work. The whole building is on fire. Said to have started about 6pm and at 10:30 is still burning. They have 25 different fire depts on scene from 4 different counties! So far everyone is accounted for and no serious injuries. I am in shock! The news camera footage is horrific.

Must have been a shock to get that call. Man, sounds like a mess. Thank God everyone was accounted for, that's a blessing in itself. Now the tough road to recovery. I suppose you were/will be told to sit tight until further notice. Stay strong! We're all here for ya......
