You can get the oil pressure switch and temp sender (usually 200 or 210?) from most auto parts stores, or even a Mercuriser dealer sells them (Cheaper than NAPA's fance 2 way switches anyway).
Then a radio shack buzzer of your choice and some wiring to the engine and you are set to go. The switches are what hooks the buzzer to ground when they make contact.
