Can i wire a three position six blade switch without using a diode on the switch?

I have four red and black wires from the running lights including the anchor light and the pos. and neg. from the 12 volt battery. The problem i need to solve is how to make the switch make all three lights come on. I can get them on separately any suggestions would be sweet!
