All seriousness, nothing new for this one trick pony town. We certainly have our problems and unless the domestic auto industry turns very quickly we will continue to for some time. But the city proper is actually experiencing a renaissance of sorts with a great deal of new construction and investment. The burbs seem to have finally reached the point where they will stop expanding and started become a more focused metro area. Only time will tell if any of it makes a difference though.
