hey !

i think my trim tab is adjusted to much to the right side and i wanted to change this... well- easier to say than to do ! the screw is that tight that i broke a smaller wrench. since the screw is not that big i am afraid to break the screwhead when pulling with a serious wrench so i gave up. any hints beyond spraying it with wd40 oil?

engine is a 150 ficht

thanks

wd-40 is a water based product. There are other penetrating oils, such as "PB Blaster" that are oil based & work better & faster. You'll still need patience, though. It could take a couple of days. You can use a torch to heat it up, but to me, thats a last resort.

I'd use the torch to start with and be done with it.
