Can't figure out how to add trim fluid on 2007 Evinrude etec

The access hole on the trim oil reservoir seems to be blocked by the casing of the motor as seen below.IMG_2259.jpg
It is impossible to open trust me. I unscrewed a bolt on the lower end of the casing as shown below (the smaller wet bolt).

I'm pretty sure it was the drain hole, but I didn't know what else to try. There's no way the outboard casing actually blocks the trim oil hole, right?!?! I feel like I am missing something and humbly appreciate all advice. Sorry I don't have better pictures, but trust me there is no other things that unscrew on the motor or piston casing. Thanks!

Why are you trying to add fluid? Is there an issue with trim?

The fill screw is accessed by trimming full up and dis-engaging the trailering bracket. You should be able to trim fully down without hitting the trailering bracket.

after refills..... cycle up/down several times... refill... cycle up and down 3-4 times refill to remove all the air

Yes it will not trim and when I drained it not that much fluid came out. even with the trailering bracket disengaged I still cannot reach the fill screw in the picture I attached as it is blocked by the motor mounting.
