Hi again,
I am going through the process of draining the water for winterization on my 1993 4.3LX. I found the block drains easily but cannot locate the exhaust drains. The repair manual is useless as far as the diagrams go. I took off the hose that is connected directly below the manifold on both sides and drained a large amount of water that way. Is this good enough as far as the exhaust goes or do I have to keep looking for these mysterious plugs? If I have to keep looking could someone provide a diagram or photo? Thanks.
Here's a pic of what I disconnected.
