Can't move from page to page on iboats

When I click on a new topic or try to post, edit a post or even preview a post the page doesn't change clicking two or three times sometimes get the proper response. Do you suppose I am being ignored?

I'm sure you've done this, but occasionally my mouse won't cause IE to change pages. I shut down and restart and all's well.
