um they said that they totaled my trailer so do i have to give them the trailer or can i just junk it???

Depends I think on your policy and insurer. Usually they will offer it to you for a small figure. But they may not even want to mess with it.

i just dont wanna buy a new boat then then just get kicked in the *** but ya i am sure that he said it was a payout.... the thing is that i got lucky and got a guy that works on boats.....

ya ture i really thought someone was in the small pick-up and also my kids and sister kids always play next to my boat. lucky the kids just got home and went to go change cloths

What kind of boat was it? If you like it I am sure it would be cheaper to repair than replace. Get a new/used trailer and you are ready to roll.

Never accept the insurance first offer ... once you do, that's all you're gonna get ... Obtain at least 3 separate estimates of repair from reputable places. Make sure labor and materials are clearly spelled out and detailed. The devil's in the details ...
