carb cleaning question

Good afternoon guys.<br /><br /> My 1995 Johnson 130 hp nuns rough at idle,<br /> but runs fine at 2000rpm all the way to 6000rpm. Is a carb cleaning needed? and do i need to do annything els after?<br /> it also smokes a lot at idle. Thanks J,C,

Check your idle timing. .

You really should invest in a manual to be sure you do it right.

It might be runing to rich and thats why it is smoking
