I still do not think it is reeds. Not if there is enough fuel to drip. What kind of fuel recirculation system do you have? Is it working?

Reeds not seating when engine not running is pretty normal. The pressure of the piston downstroke usually seats them.

I dont know what else it could be.... The carb's are totally rebuilt to the exact specifications the manual tells me to adjust the float at. There is nothing in the seat to stop the needle valve from it's function, and all of the carb's are spotless clean. I blew out every orfice in the carb's with 120 psi air. and cleaned them thoroughly. It has great spark, great compression. There is no vacuum leak. It has to be in the reeds. Not only is the carb's leaking but the motor has no power out in the water. I can't even get off plane. And when i give it throttle soon as i back off throttle it dies out. And only starts back up after choking it. Im just trying to narrow down everything.
